Control Panel User Accounts won't open

I have noticed that I cannot open my User Accounts file
to change my windows xp logon password. Nothing happens
at all when I try to open the user accounts. Either on
my name or my husband's name. I do not know if this is
from the addition of the ms beta version antispyware or
because I have a 15 year old wannabe hacker living in my
house. Can anyone help?

Well, maybe this "wannabe" have done something.... :)

If you login as administrator can you change passwords ?

Is it XP Home or Pro ?
