Control Panel Problem

I recently uninstalled a program (Mastercam X), but there is something left
over in the control panel. I've used windows search to locate anything with
the word Mastercam X and it comes up with nothing. I just formated and do not
want to format again. Please help me remove this problem.

A file search will show you all the *.cpl files in the system32 folder. One
of these is what you are looking for.

I found the .cpl file in question...Do I just delete it?

Yes, and then the icon in control panel will be gone.
