Control Panel (mouse) changes won't keep

Hello
When I go to control panel - then Mouse and I click on Wheel. I make the
change from 1 to 4 or 5 (number of lines to scroll) and it works BUT as soon
as I restart my computer it goes back to 1. Can someone help me - I need
this setting to stay

After your changed your settings from 2 or more, did you
Click to expand...
click OK or APPLY? You have to click Apply first then OK
to save your settings, otherwise it will go back to
default.
