Windows Vista Control Panel in Vista?

Where on a pc running Vista can i find Control Panel & Add/Remove Programs?
Have to trouble shoot a problem on my big sisters pc & i'm not a Vista user at home!

Comes up a fair bit this one.

Why MS had to change lots of things baffles me sometimes.

Change for the sake of change?

I guess they just wanted to make Vista seem new and different.

Which, imo, is wrong.

Oh well.
