Control Form Height and Width

Hello!

When I am entering data into a form, it comes up a certain
size. Then, when I switch to design view and maximize it
it goes to full screen as I would expect. Is there any way
to control the size when I go back into form view? I
always want form view to come up just large enough for all
of the data entry controls.
