Control Click -Open in New Window

Hello,
In all my previous version of Internet explorer ctrl click opened a
hyperlink in a new window. Now, with a new computer with windows xp,
internet explorer does not respond to this shortcut while windows folders do.
Any way to implement this in interner explorer, as it is the most useful
shortcut outhere.

Try the shift key instead of ctrl.
