My Windows is configured so that I have to press Control
Alt Delete at startup before I can log on to Windows so
that my password is guarded. I don't want to press
Control Alt Delete before typing in my password and
logging on as a user. How do I disable this feature or
reconfigure so that I do not have to press Control Alt
Delete?

Hi dcarr,

With Windows XP that's actually very easy to do:

Click Start and Go to Control Panel / User Accounts,
Click Change the way users log on or off
Check the option to "Use the Welcome screen" and
click on "Apply Options" for the change to take effect.
