Control ALt Del brings up CPU usage. Where is Task manager?

Ok, I am running XP pro and when I want to bring up task manager (control,
alt, del) the only thing I get is the goofy CPU usage window...whats up wit
dat??

Duh! I swear they weren't there a minute ago...maybe its my meds...
