Rogue security system ContraVirus has latched itself on to my PC and I can't
get rid of it.It's popping up
continually and driving me round the twist. Can anybody please give me any
suggestions?

yes i can help go to windowsonecare.com its from microsoft it works
you can download it but you do not have to use it you will see 3 thing
clean up , tune up,, and protection is one will remove the virus you
have it will take a about 5 hours to load and get rid of it the virus
will keep poping up just let do it .It is trying to fool you just let
the one care protection load and fellow what it tells you to do not
the pop up but the careone it works and i use it each month 2 clean my
puter

Windows Live OneCare is just a hair above worthless.

For one, ContraVirus is NOT a virus. It is a fake (Rogue) anti virus and falls into the
non-viral class of malware.

The following is a *better* way to remove the ContraVirus malware...

It is suggested that you should execute each tool in Normal Mode then in Safe Mode.
