Hello All
I have a continuous form whith products. There is flag
(field)in database called "visible" it can be 1 or 0( like
boolean). I want to make the background of form or at
least font to be different for visible(=1) and invisible
(visible=0) products. I've made a macro which sets
background color corresponding to field "visible" value,
but it sets background to all datafields in continuis form
(so the whole form became for example black)
Do you have any ideas how to make a background( or
something ) different for different elements in continuous
form, but not for the whole form?

Thanks!
Pi.

What version of Access? Access 2000 or 2002 can do this with Conditional
Formatting.

Select the text box you want to show differently, and choose Conditional
Formatting from the Format menu. You can use an expression based on your
flag field.
