I have a project to develop a "Job Hazard Analysis" database. I t will
track tasks, the steps to carry out those tasks, the hazards/risks
associated with those steps, and the controls to manage or eliminate those
hazards/risks. Nothing to special in the design of the tables &
relationships.
However I need to set up a mainform with a subform(s) that looks like a
continuous form with 2 x subform datasheets.
I know access can't do this by itself. I know there are other ways to set
this up and display the same information but the users are in a mining
environment and have very little access or exposure to a computer. It's
very important that what they see in front of them is similar to the way
they currently fill them out on paper and that all the steps (or as many as
possible) are visible with the hazards/risks & controls next to them.
Can anyone out there point me at an example of where simulating a continuous
subform has already been done?
