I have subforms with long lists of records where I'd like
to make that record quickly identifyable using a
different font on one of the record's fields.

Can I get a unique record for a field in a continuous
form to have a unique font (eg. bold) or do all the
records have to have the same font because it's a
limitation of MS Access.

If you will work within the supported and exposed properties of
Conditional Formatting then you can easily accomplish your desired look
for your form.

I now understand your reply but it appears you are limited to three
conditions.

Is there a way to do this via code so that you don't have the limitations?

Thanks

I'm sorry you feel that way. Getting help on an issue generally requires
you to actually invest some of your own time.
Perhaps you do not realize that the people helping you here are not paid
to do so. I will not bother trying to help you again.
