Continuous Form / Alternating Row/Record Colour?

good Day all,

I have a frmchecking set up that uses a continuous form. I was wondering if
there was a way that I could set it up so that alternate records/rows are
different colours for easier readability?

Any ideas? suggestions?

You can down load a sample database that includes various uses for
shaded lines, including continuous form alternating lines and
highlighting the selected line.
