B BiggieX Jan 12, 2005 #4 If you run Windows XP Service Pack to you can go to the following location: Open IE Tools Internet Options Programs Manage Ad-ons... If you know the name of the BHO you want to stop, select it. Then Click Disable. This will not remove the Active X Component (BHO) but it will prevent it from running. If this causes problems you can re-enable it.
