Continous window popup asking "Enter Network Password'

All of a sudden I have begun to get a window that pops up
asking to "Enter Network Password". It will not stop
popping up, it doesn't matter if you enter the password
or just click on cancel. I have contacted my ISP and
they say there is nothing they can do and to contact
microsoft about this issue. This is very obnoxious after
awhile. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
I get an "Enter Network Password" prompt when I reach the desktop,
just before the icons appear.

The Pop-up says: "Enter your network password for Microsoft
networking".

Does anyone have an answer for correcting this problem?
