continous error on Active directory server event id 1126

User "Active Directory Sites and Services". Select each
server and review NTDS Settings (right click for
Properties). You will see which servers are enabled to be
Global catalogs. You can enable an additional server to
be a Global Catalog. It may take some time depending on
network traffic. Look for event id 1119 in Directory
Services Event log stating that server is advertising
itself as a global catalog.
