how do i see everything that is installed on my computer
including hidden files and fragmented files of programs i
no longer use?

Windows Explorer / 'Tools' menu / select 'Folder Options' / 'View' tab /
here thiere are several options for showing hidden file;

[ ] Display the contents of system folders

( )
( ) Show hidden files and folders

[ ] Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)
This last option if unticked will give a very specific warning

Click 'Apply' / OK


All of above options can be reset together by pressing 'Default' button /
'Apply' / 'OK' in same said location

File fragments have the extention 'chk'
