content in different language in Outlook

i had an outlook in a different language installed a while ago and since then
it was uninstalled however the settings are still there as the new outlook
shows main folders Incoming Mail, Outgoing Mail in different language. How
can i correct this?

Try starting Outlook once with the /resetfoldernames command switch.
