Content first field selected

Hi there,

When I open a Form in Access automatically the content of the first field is
automatically selected. When a user forget to de-select the conten will be
deleted at the first key touch. Does any body know how to change this.

There are lots of ways...

Set the focus to a field that does not have text in it. Such as a 'search'
field.

Move to a blank record when opening the database. Depending on the form,
that is what most of mine do.

Just to name a couple.
