Every time I enable Content Advisor, the next time I open
up Internet Explorer, I get the message "Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and must now close." There's a
problem with one of the .dll files. I have sent the error
report over and over to Microsoft. I have reinstalled
Windows XP and Internet Explorer. It's a new computer and
Dell tells me the only solution is to re-format the hard
drive and do a clean install of XP. I can't believe
there's not another solution. I will lose everything I've
got installed and it's a pain to reinstall everything.
Can anyone help?
