i work for a good sized company with more than one site
I have to be the care taker for about 250 computers
recently i have enabled the content advisor and only aloud a number of sites
that are work related.
As you my think, none of the employees took this very well
so they have taken a USB storage device with the contents of Netscape
they installed Netscape and bypassed the content advisor
how do you go about making Content Advisor mandatory no mater what
keep in mind that they did this under a limited acount

It appears to me that the first thing you need to limit is the ability of
users to change settings or install programs. If you do not, you will wound
up in a mell of a hess. As to access limitations, most software firewalls
now allow you to set forbidden sites. I do not know of a way to use the
Content Advisor in Netscape. What need to search for is a third party
software program which will allow you to control the sites which can be
accessed. As often stated, Google is your friend.
