content advisor supervisor password

I recently switched from windows 98 to XP. I never
established a supervisor password and I have never used
the content advisor on my internet explorer 6.0. Now, I
want to enable the content advisor but it asks me for a
supervisor password that I never established and don't
know how to change. How can I reset this password so I
can enable the content advisor?
