John

I installed SP2 last night and the IE content advisor no
longer works. It shows that it is enabled, I have reset
it, disabled, re-enabled changed the settings, and it
still does not work. It was working fine prior to
installing SP2. Does anyone know of any issues or
solutions to this problem?

Thanks

Hi John - Haven't seen this one before. If you haven't already done so (you
mentioned reset) try restoring it using CA-Reset. You can obtain a
Microsoft program (CA-Reset.exe - 89.5K) to do this here:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/CA-Reset.exe (listed on line
283) NOTE: Using CA-Reset will completely delete your Approved List -
everything starts like brand new, so consider this before you use it. If
that doesn't help, I would suggest investigating your AV (disable or better
yet for anything by Symantec, remove :) ), any proxy settings in IE,
etc - things that might be interferring. Please post back with what you did
and any info/results you develop, so that we can add your info to the
clearinghouse here: http://forum.aumha.org/index.php
