content advisor pop-up

Recently I adjusted my internet settings for the purpose of blocking and
filtering unwanted internet material. Consequently, now I am getting a
content advisor pop-up with a key which blocks every web page and I find
myself typing in the password over and over. I did a file search for content
advisor and cannot find it and don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

In Internet Explorer go to Tools, Internet Options, Content tab. You'll find the Content Advisor settings there.
