Content Advisor Password

How can you prevent someone from removing the Content Advisor Password and
settings in IE using RegEdit? This removal procedure is all over the web -
and it defeats the purpose of setting content restrictions.

You already answered your own question. Stop giving administrator
rights to every user you define! There should only be one
administrator and every other user is a normal or restricted user who
doesn't have permission to alter the registry.
