Content Advisor Password Forgotten

Ratings was initialized on my computer, and now I have
forgotten the password. How do I go about getting into
Content Advisor again and recreating a new password that
will be remembered.

This has locked me out of most internet sites, since most
internet sites used for education are not rated and
require the supervisor's password to be able to be
viewed. This is quite a mess for all in our household.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
