Content Advisor has enabled itself and assigned itself a password

In Windows 2000 in the Internet Explorer,
Content Advisor has enabled itself and assigned itself a
password. I can`t access the internet with IE as i need to
put a supervisor password which i don`t have.

Plse advice me.
