In sending messages in my older version of Outlook I
could go to "to" field, select the contact folder I want
to use and sort by email. In 2002 I don't have that
choice and fax information is showing up in this box as
well. Under email type it shows smtp and fax. How can I
get rid of the fax from showing up and/or sort by email
(as not all folks in a contact folder have email
addresses) Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Add an alphabetic suffix to the contact's fax number to remove it from the
address book's view. Normally the address book will show all electronic
addresses and since Outlook can send faxes, fax numbers are valid addresses.
