hey guys
somebody told me tht you can click on a contact in your list and somehow you
can find out when the last time they signed on was....
...is this possible, and if so, how?

Unfortunately Messenger does not have this functionality. If you have Messenger Plus
installed (http://www.msgplus.net), you can see when the client last saw them login (so if
you weren't logged in when they were, it won't show that they came online if they did) by
right-clicking on the contact, choosing Messenger Plus! Extras and then Contact Information.
