On the main contact list, simply right-click the contact you want to delete and choose the
Delete option. If you mean the Blocked/Allow lists in the Privacy tab in Messenger's
options, you can also right-click contacts here and choose Delete, but this option will only
be available if they've removed you from their main contact list, otherwise the option will
be grayed out and you won't be able to remove them.
