Pleas help me to find a solution for having the contacts be appeared in the
contacts list in a mail as Mr./Miss Milly Staples is not playing a friendly
role to guide correctly.

Some1 providing a refernce or hyperlinki shall also be highly obliged.
 
Milly (female) does not have the problem - she knows how to configure Outlook.
