You would only export Contacts if you need to convert them to a different
file format. If you are trying to transfer to another Outlook installation
never export. Just create an Outlook data file (PST file), copy your
Contacts into that file, and open that file in the other installation.
 
I don't know if i can save my contacts to a file, this is all new to me. And
I don't export contacts to another computer. I have a sister that has the
same program as me for mail. And i was asking her if she has a gray circle
on her e-mail ffrom the person that had sends he e-mails and she says no i
have a gray body. So when i click on the gray circle it will say _________is
not an online contact. HOw do i get rid of that and have the gray body.
Because I guess i do not use the online contacts.
 
State your version of Outlook and if you have Person's names as a checked
option. (Hint - F1 Help is your friend.)
