I accidentally deleted hundreds of contacts from my pc while sinking with a
handheld device. Is it possible to restore accidentally deleted contacts?

Unless they're in the Deleted Items folder, probably not. However, if
you're using a PST, you may be able to get something back with the
techniques here:
