You failed to mention the program from which you want to export. Rather hard
to answer without knowing at least that much.
 
You need to see what formats hotmail can export to that Outlook can import.
Look in Outlook's Import/Export dialog to see what Outlook can import.
You can also configure Outlook 2003 to access your hotmail account, or if
you use MSN premium, install MSN's Outlook connector to synchronize your
data.
