In Office 2002 there was a way to show (in parathesis) in
the list of contacts whether is was a fax number or email
address. Now that I have installed a fresh new copy of
Office XP it doesnt have that option. Is there a setting
or something that I can toggle to get that back or it is
done a way with in XP?
 
There is no Office 2002. Office XP contains Outlook 2002. You must be
thinking of Outlook 2000. Those labels were dropped in Outlook 2002.
