G Guest Oct 12, 2006 #2 Read about the differences here - http://www.microsoft.com/office/outlook/contactmanager/prodinfo/comparison.mspx and it defaults I think because the BCM is just an add-on that doesn't relate to Outlook much at all programmatically, just visually, so when you open Outlook, it's all Outlook defaults, but you get to use the BCM from within that app.
