when selecting the 'to' button, to select email recipients, the select from
text box only displays the 'contacts' folder and not the subfolders, where
is the parm or setting so that all the subfolders are accessable, i have
that setup on one machine but can't get it going on new machine, can't
remember, please help

Set each subfolder to be an email address book in its properties.

thanks that works, in my other outlook i thought there was something else to
set
so that all new folders are automagically set to be an 'email address', just
a small thing
but means you don't have to remember to set each new folder as its created

Only the old IMO mode would set a folder automatically, and then only the
default Contacts Folder.
