Contacts Sub Folders

I have a bunch of sub folders under my contact folder. I
used to be able to autofill the adresses from these
folders but now I cannot, even when I select To: only the
contact folder shows up none of the sub folders display
anymore. Any ideas?
 
Right-click each of the subfolders, select Properties, then the Outlook
Address Book tab. Make sure the box for "Show this folder as an e-mail
address book" is checked.
