Dear Roady,
When I add a new contact in my contact folder, the added
contact is not appearing/saving when I click new message
and select the contact from the list (here I have two
contacts but both contacts informations are different, how
can I incorporate in to One). But the added new contact is
showing under contact folder in inbox.

I have MMail,InternetMail,Outlook Address Book.Under
Outlook address book I have 2 contacts, why two, I want to
remove one of the contact but before that I want to
save/incorporate all contacts in one contacts.

It is strange 3 contacts:
One is in the Inbox folder (information is different)
Other two also shows different information

Pls help
Best Regards
Anver

Hi Anver,

Is the Contacts folder added as an Outlook Address Book? You can check this
by rightclicking the Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address
Book. If the box is ticked but the folder isn't showing you might want to
remove the Outlook Address Book service from your account configuration.
Then restart Outlook, add the service again and reconfigure the Contact
foldr to show as an Outlook Address Book. I can't give you detailed steps in
doing this as I don't have an Outlook 2000 configuration here but I remember
having this same problem myself as well.

Note that you can add/remove address lists as well in Tools-> Address Book
and in Address Book-> Tools-> Options.

I hope I got your problem right (I had to reread it :-S).

Regards,
