Hi All,
I'm new to Outlook and I want to confirm some things to make sure I
understand everything:
1) Outlook has no real 'address book' as other email clients do. If
you store an email address, it basically becomes a 'contact' and is
stored in the Contacts folder, correct?
2) How can I make it so that I can type in the persons name, like
their first name, and Outlook will complete it with their email
address. We have this at work, but I do not know how it works.......
3) Where are the mail files kept, so I can back everything up.....
Thanks in advance!
