When ending a new e-mail a window pops up allowing me to
choose from my contacts. The first Line says " Choose
names from the.... " There is then a drop down list of my
contatcs books. I want to delete one of the contacts
books from this drop down list as it no longer exists but
it wont let me do it. Can you help please?

Thanks

Chris

Sure. Post your Outlook version. Each is different and there are 7. We can't
read minds.

Sorry I wasnt aware there were lots of different versions

It says

Microsoft Outlook 2002 ( 10.4712.4219 ) SP-2

Does this help?

Chris

.

Sure does. Remove any duplicate listings here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change. >
