So I have a delegate that is an Editor to my mailbox. She takes care
of all my contacts. However the contacts that she has for my mailbox
on her outlook do not match what is in my mailbox - contacts on my pc?

How are they different? Maybe she's not seeing some that you've marked as
private?

Different in the sense that she has made some updates to a few
contacts and they do not reflect on his end. She has deleted a few
contacts, and they still show on his end

How do I make a contact private?

This is really weird. Even though we have a few different contacts, it
still shows we have the same# of contacts 904. For example He shows a
contact of Steve Adams and I don't, but yet we still have the same# of
contacts.

Maybe you're using views that have different filters.

What version of Outlook are you using?

The reason was because I had the contacts listed as PRIVATE. Once I
changed them to Normal, the delegate was able to see them.
