i fixed my erroe of "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook
window" by microsoft fix it and found new problam that my previous all data
Contacts, Notes, Calender & Mails gone, now how can i get them back ?

File -> Open -> Outlook Data File
In the file name, type this: %userprofile%\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook

Your outlook files should be there unless you are logged in with a
different Windows account.
