I have a user that logs on to two different computers. One has Outlook 2003
and the other has 2002. When she logs into 2003 she has her address books
but when she logs into the 2002 machine she has nothing.
How can we fix this so that her address book shows up in both places? Is
this an Outlook problem, a contacts problem or an Exchange problem?

Depends. To what value is her delivery location set on the PC where things
work?

I don't know, but if you tell me how to check I will. I did some further
investigating on the computer that doesn't work. When I go to tools, address
book and then tools and options she has no address books showing and her add
button is greyed out. Also, when I check the properties on a public contact
folder and go to the Outlook Address Tab her option to add folder as an
address book is greyed out.

Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. At the bottom is "Delever new e-mail to the
following location".

Tools>E-mail Accounts>Add a new directory or address book>Next>Additional
Address Books>Next. Select Outlook ADdress Book and click Next, then
Finish. Stop and restart Outlook. She should then be able to add the
Contacts folder as an address book.
