Dear all:

Any one has the same problem or knows the solution to it? I had a user's
contacts had some entries that won't follow the alpabetical order of the
"file as" name, for example the file as name is surname first, then other
name, but in contact it got sorted to follow the other alpabetical order.
Also, he can't find some of the contacts in the TO field in new email as well.
The user do syn this with his PDA every now and then too, does that have any
effect on it?

Thanks in advance

G'Day Steven,

If I read you correctly, some contacts are appearing AFTER
the main set of (correctly) Sorted Names.

The most like likely reason for this is a corrupt (non-printing)
character at the beginning of the LastName. Try editing the
contact to see if you can "Delete" a character (that might
appear to be a space) in the name.

If that is the case, then the PDA and its synchronising must
be suspect.

Contacts that are missing from the To: field list are generally
missing a valid e-mail address - possibly also corrupt.

Thanks alot for the suggestion, will try that.
