Contacts not being able to view pictures in emails

When I email contacts with Windows Mail, with either personal photos or any
pictures that come with emails, they receive message- drawing failed. If I
email from my hotmail account they are able to view the pictures. I never had
any problems with Outlook Express. I have CA virus protection on my computer

Tools | Options | Send
Under mail click HTML Settings and make sure the option to include pictures
is checked.

Do not send email
