Contacts - Missing toolbar options

Sorry posted the wrong question earlier. On my wife's laptop the toolbar
options only list - Organise, views and Burn, NOT as on mine - Organise,
Views, New Contact, New Contact Group, Import, Export. Does anyone know why
the hers doesn't display the standard toolbar options.
Many thanks in anticipation.
 
In a Contacts window, right click on an empty space, select Properties,
Customize tab, select Contacts from the Use this folder type as a template:
drop down list and check the Also apply this template to all subfolders check
box, click Apply and click OK.
