contacts location on outlook

I have created a new user on my computer, I copied the old contact list and
placed it in the contact folder, but now my when I use the To: button to send
email, it can not find the contact list
Anyone can help?
 
I would ask this question in the forum for Outlook, as this one is for MS Word.
