Outlook 2002 on XP Pro, all fully updated.
There seem to be 2 alphabetical lists of contacts
developing in my contact list, and I cannot figure it
out.
For example, if I add a new contact like Bob Smith he
gets put in a new list that has developed and is after
the Z's in my original list. So, my original list intact
and I can see it and use it and edit and contacts in it.
If I edit them, they get saved back into the right
place. But, if I add a new contact they get put into
this new list that has developed. If I am searching and
I click on S it takes me to the first S in the new list
and not any of the S entries in the previous list....I
have to scroll to get to the old entries.
I use Pocket PC 2002, as well, and synch between the
Pcoket PC and the desktop. The Pocket PC contacts are
normal and new entries are synched into the correct
position (i.e. there is not a new list that has
developed.)
It's all very strange. We have tried everything we know
how to do, but it's important to fix because we cannot
accurately search the contact list. Any help is greatly
appreciated....thanks!
