We have no crystal ball.
You must at least tell us what is happening.
Which Contacts are "disappearing," from what view and what steps cause them
to disappear?
There is no such thing as Outlook just randomly losing Contacts for no
reason.
Synchronizing with improper settings could certainly cause it.

I'm not saying that they are constantly dissappearing, i'm just saying that
they disseapeared just once, which was yesterday.
I'm currently using the Phone List view.
And i haven't synched my PDA for over 3 days now.

I give up then. There's nothing to go on.
Did you check your Deleted Items Folder?

I have some users that have stated that they entered a contact into their
contact list a week ago and now when they go back into their contact list it
is no longer located here. Yes I have checked their deleted folder list, but
it was not located here. I am usine Outlook 2003 as well. This does not
happen all the time though.

Very difficult to solve in a newsgroup without consistent steps to repro the
behavior. The only cause I know of for the seemingly "random" disappearance
of Contacts is improper synchronization settings.
