Which Contacts are "disappearing," from what view and what steps cause them
to disappear?
There is no such thing as Outlook just randomly losing Contacts for no
reason.
Synchronizing with improper settings could certainly cause it.

I'm currently using the Phone List view.
And i haven't synched my PDA for over 3 days now.
